Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Dropory ("Dropory", "we", "us") and govern your access to and use of the Dropory wedding application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Dropory creates wedding websites from your prompts and optional uploaded photos or documents. You can preview and edit for free, save a draft with a free account, and choose a paid plan to publish. Review all AI-generated content, dates, links and guest questions before sharing your website.

The launch plan costs £29, €35 or US$39 in your selected checkout currency for 12 months of hosting, starting when payment completes. An extra year costs £5, €6 or US$7 in the same respective currencies and can be purchased in the final month of the current hosting period or after it ends. There is no automatic renewal. When hosting expires, your website and guest RSVP submission become unavailable until you extend hosting.

Domain registration and renewal are separate purchases from your registrar. You remain responsible for renewing the domain and keeping its DNS records configured. Connecting an eligible domain is included in the website plan.

Anonymous drafts remain accessible for seven days through the draft key stored in your browser. Create an account to retain a draft. Clearing browser storage before signup can remove your access to it.

A published website is visible to anyone with its address unless you set an invitation password. Everyone who knows that shared password can view the site and submit an RSVP. Use it only for information you intend to share with your guests. Guest responses are available to the website account holder.

Contact support@dropory.com for payment, refund or cancellation requests. These terms do not exclude rights you have under applicable consumer law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing or abusive;
• Violate the terms of Google, your email provider, or any anti-spam or marketing laws that apply to you;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
• Interfere with, disrupt, probe or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content and information you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Dropory a limited licence to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including generating and hosting your wedding website. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights necessary to use it.

The Service, including its software, design, text and branding (excluding Your Content), is owned by Dropory and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law.

The Service may be offered as a beta and is provided on an evolving basis. This means features may change, and you may occasionally encounter errors or interruptions. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any email you send will be delivered or will reach a recipient's primary inbox.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropory and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, bookings or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dropory from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability and indemnity — will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Dropory's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
